Responsibilities
- Maintains oversight and direction for the departments of OR, PACU, Outpatient Surgery, PAT, and Endo.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates policies, standards, educational services, and programs that support the departments.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current Texas license.
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
- Preferred: Master’s in Nursing or BSN, CNOR certification, BCLS certification, ACLS certification.
- Six or more years of experience in a Director role for Surgical Services or related service lines.
- Demonstrated leadership in surgical services nursing and administrative experience.
- Strong knowledge and accomplishments as a Surgical Services Administrator.
