Operating Partner, Healthcare Private Equity

A leading middle market healthcare private equity firm is seeking an Operating Partner to join its Portfolio Value Creation team.

The firm has built a high-performing portfolio of healthcare investments and is looking to add a hands-on operating executive to support strategic and performance initiatives across the platform.

This individual will partner closely with investment professionals, fellow operating partners, and portfolio company leadership teams to drive operational improvement, EBITDA growth, and long-term value creation across the investment lifecycle.

Must have:

• 10-15+ years of experience across private equity portfolio operations, top-tier consulting, and operating roles within PE-backed healthcare services, pharma services, or HCIT businesses

• Exposure to healthcare operational improvement initiatives including revenue cycle optimization, reimbursement strategy, cost transformation, and AI/data-enabled process improvement

• Proven experience leading complex operational initiatives with measurable financial and performance impact

• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience working directly with C-suite executives, investors, and operating teams

Prior experience leading initiatives within PE-backed healthcare companies is required.
