Responsibilities and Duties
- Independently manage and lead the branch with ongoing corporate training and support.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
- Build and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospice, senior living, etc.).
- Hire, onboard, and schedule staff; ensure all shifts are properly staffed.
- Conduct in‑home assessments, client intakes, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Oversee office budget and profit‑and‑loss statements.
- Create a workplace of choice; motivate and set team morale standards.
