As we expand nationwide, we are seeking an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.
Location: San Marcos, TX – Full‑time.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Independently manage and lead this branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Hire, onboard, and schedule new team members; ensure all shifts are properly staffed and monitor on‑call responsibilities.
- Conduct in‑home assessments, build strong client relationships, handle intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
- Create a workplace of choice by incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone for team morale.
