Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
  • Business Development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
  • Referral Building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
  • Staffing and Scheduling: hire and onboard new team members, ensure all shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on‑call responsibilities.
  • In‑home Assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: oversee office budget, reflected in profit and loss statements.
  • Cultivating Culture: create an attractive workplace for your territory and set the tone of team morale through incentives and motivation.
