Operating Director – Paducah, KY (Full‑Time)

Responsibilities & Duties
- Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Hire, onboard and schedule staff; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
- Conduct in‑home assessments, build client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee office budget and reflect in profit and loss statements.
- Create a workplace of choice; incentivize, motivate and set team morale tone.
