Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the branch independently, with ongoing corporate training and support.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Hire, onboard, and schedule staff; monitor shift coverage and on-call responsibilities.
- Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee office budget and profit & loss statements.
- Create a workplace of choice by incentivizing, motivating, and setting a positive team culture.
