Company Overview:
Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in‑home care company. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.
Responsibilities:
As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
- Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
- Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Staffing and Scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners.
- In‑home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
- Cultivating Culture: Create the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
- Success with meeting sales and business development goals
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environmentExperience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full‑time
- Base salary ($80,000) with an additional 20% quarterly cash profit share
