Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.
Position: Operating Director (Full Time), Fredericksburg, TX

Responsibilities and Duties
- Independently manage and lead the branch while receiving ongoing corporate training and support.
- Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
- Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Staffing and scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members, ensure all shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on‑call responsibilities.
- In‑home assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Financial management: Oversee office budget and reflect in profit and loss statements.
- Cultivate culture: Create a workplace of choice, incentivize, motivate, and set the tone for team morale.
