Responsibilities and Duties
- Independently manage and lead the branch with ongoing corporate training and support.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
- Build and manage relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, hospices, and senior living communities.
- Hire, onboard, and schedule staff, ensuring all shifts are properly staffed and monitoring on‑call responsibilities.
- Conduct in‑home assessments and intake processes to build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee office budget and financial performance reflected in profit and loss statements.
- Create a workplace of choice, motivating the team and setting a positive tone of morale.
