Responsibilities and Duties
- Independently manage and lead the branch, receiving ongoing corporate training and support.
- Business Development – develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
- Referral building – cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Staffing and scheduling – hire, onboard new team members, ensure all shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on‑call responsibilities.
- In‑home assessments – build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Financial management – oversee office budget reflected in profit‑and‑loss statements.
- Culture cultivation – create a workplace of choice for the territory, incentivize, motivate, and set the tone of team morale.
