Responsibilities and Duties
- Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
- Business development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
- Referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Staffing and scheduling: hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed.
- In‑home assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Financial management: oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
- Culture cultivation: create a workplace of choice, incentivize, motivate, and set team morale tone.
