Responsibilities and Duties
- Independently manage and lead the branch, leveraging ongoing corporate training and support
- Business development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider
- Referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.)
- Staffing and scheduling: hire, onboard new team members and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners
- In‑home assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction
- Financial management: oversee the office budget reflected in profit and loss statements
- Culture cultivation: create the workplace of choice for your territory, incentivize, motivate, and set the tone of team morale

- Proven leader with previous experience managing a team
