Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
OpenText xECM for SAP Expertise:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in OpenText ECM/Content Server with a minimum of 5 years focused on architecting and implementing OpenText xECM for SAP Solution end-end.
OpenText xECM Content Migration Expertise:
- OpenText Content Migration experience using any tool.
- OpenText Content Server core concepts like Web Report, Workflows, Live Reports.
- Strong OpenText Content Server API knowledge.
OpenText xECM for SAP Solution Architecture & Design:
- Lead the architecture, design and blueprinting of complex OpenText xECM for SAP Solutions, ensuring alignment with Business objectives, IT Strategies & Security/governance policies.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable and secure technical designs including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration details.
- Define and govern the seamless integration between SAP S/4 Hana and xECM using SAP Archive Link, OpenText Business workspaces.
- Lead the overall xECM Content Migration design. Define detailed data migration strategies for content transitioning into xECM Environment.
- Define a clear strategy roadmap to migrate the huge number of documents from the source system to OpenText xECM, in various sub-phases.
Governance and Stakeholder Management:
- Provide Technical oversight and guidance throughout the solution life cycle, from proof of concept through go-live and hyper care.
- Lead and mentor technical teams.
- Collaborate effectively with Business stakeholders, functional consultants, offshore technical teams and other IT teams to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer/training sessions for end-users and technical support staff.
