Opening General Manager, Italian Concepts

Big Mamma Group and Ballyhoo Hospitality are opening an Italian trattoria in Juno Beach, Florida. We seek an experienced General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences in a high-volume environment, and embody the values of both brands.

The GM will drive sales, manage labor and food costs, supervise payroll and scheduling, and develop a talented team while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
