Opening General Manager — Boutique Hotel, Tampa

Practice Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to lead the transformation and opening of voco South Tampa – Tahitian Inn, an 82-room boutique hotel in Tampa. You will guide pre-opening activities, recruit and mentor the opening team, and establish a strong local presence while aligning with IHG and voco brand standards.

Responsibilities include driving occupancy and revenue, overseeing F&B initiatives, managing costs, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
