The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Experience in managing OpenText and Customer Communication management projects are a plus, it is nice to have and not mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple concurrent IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budgetDevelop detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables, and adjust as needed to remain aligned with goals and timelinesCoordinate resources and tasks across multiple teams and departments, balancing competing demands to maintain efficient workflowProactively identify risks, issues, and roadblocks; implement effective solutions to minimize impactFoster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear, timely, and focused communicationLead regular project status meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned and informedMaintain comprehensive documentation, keeping all project artifacts organized and up to dateTrack project performance, analyze metrics, and report on progress to senior managementDrive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices across projectsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications a plus)5+ years of experience successfully managing IT projects of varying size and complexityDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with excellent organizational skillsStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information clearlyEffective at leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationshipsProficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS ProjectResults-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification(s)
