OpenText Systems Analyst Consultant (Level 4)Sirius Staffing is hiring an OpenText Systems Analyst Consultant (Level 4) in Tampa, FL. Serving as a technical SME and Technical Lead, you will drive complex software development projects and provide 24x7 application support. This role provides indirect leadership—mentoring junior staff and contract resources, managing project segments, and serving as an occasional backup to the Manager.Core ResponsibilitiesFunction as Technical Lead on software development projects; collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Business Partners to develop software specifications and technical design specifications.Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of software packages and complex application interfaces, driving substantial interaction with vendor resources.Support request and analysis phases of the SDLC by producing documentation and estimates; oversee and manage deliverables producedExecute the design, development, and implementation phases of the SDLC by producing prescribed deliverables and guiding junior team members.Develop project plans for small projects and partner with Project Managers on large-scale project plans, assisting with scheduling and resource management.Provide 24x7 primary and secondary support for niche, core, and mission-critical applications.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple business and technical disciplines, driving standard practices and continuous process improvement across SDLC, maintenance, and IT architecture.Core Requirements & Qualifications (Technical Focus (OpenText Suite))OpenText Archiving and Document Access for SAPOpenText Archive CenterOpenText Content ServerOpenText Capture Center / Intelligent Capture CenterOpenText Enterprise ScanOpenText Web ViewerOpenText Vendor Invoice Management for SAPOpenText Directory ServicesEducation & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in information/computer science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or an equivalent discipline from an accredited institution.
