Open-Rank Basque Studies Professor (Interdisciplinary)

The University of Nevada, Reno invites applications for a tenure-track or tenured Basque Studies position open rank to begin July 1, 2027. The successful candidate will engage Basque language, culture, and diaspora across humanities and social sciences.

The appointment will be housed in a Liberal Arts department and include responsibilities in graduate education and the Center for Basque Studies PhD program, with a 2–2 teaching load and ongoing scholarly activity.
