Job Title: MongoDB and Postgres Developers

No of Positions – 09

Position Type : Contract to Hire

Skills Needed:

• 5+ yrs. of professional experience developing OLTP platforms and data modelling
• Need to have done a SQL to Mongo migration.
• Deep understanding of AWS data services and managed services such as Atlas, Snowflake, etc.
• Extensive experience with relational (i.e., Postgres, MS SQL, etc.) and NoSQL (i.e., MongoDB) database technologies
• Experience developing scalable data access using APIs and Kafka producers/consumers
• Understanding of Data Management and architecture best practices
• Experience working within an agile project team and managing multiple workloads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders

Job Description:

• Collaborate with agile project teams and business stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable OLTP data solutions
• Design and build data persistence and transport solutions using modern data technologies
• Identify, evaluate, and implement best-in-class cloud and managed solutions
• Perform in-depth data analysis to validate system behavior, identify problems, and support business users
• Support and guide architectural standards and best practices
• Manage priorities and assigned tasks with minimal oversight
• Mentor new and junior team members
• Communicate effectively with team members and all project stakeholders
• Generate and review design documents based on project requirements and final technical solutions
