Qualified Kitchen Team candidates will have a love of fine dining, and aspirations to pursue excellence daily. They must be versed in classic French cuisine, or have a strong desire to learn. Culinary school education is required, if under 2 years experience in the kitchen. If over 3 years in the kitchen, culinary school is not required, however 2 years of Michelin Starred kitchen experience is required in lieu of school.
Qualified Front of House Team candidates will have a fine dining background, and minimum 1 year Michelin star experience, required. Fluency in French language is a plus. Qualified candidates will embody the essence of hospitality.
