Onsite Senior Building Engineer: HVAC and Controls

JLL is seeking a Sr. Operating Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of facility operations in Chattanooga, TN. The role centers on maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and BAS systems to ensure safe, efficient, and comfortable environments for tenants.

You will monitor BAS, respond to alarms, manage work orders in CMMS, and collaborate with a team while delivering high-level customer service and following all safety protocols.
