Onsite Program Manager: Client Growth & Operations

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in New York to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and drive the strategic evolution of the client program. You will direct daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and build a collaborative partnership aligned with the client’s objectives.

You will lead client relationships with HR and Operations, present performance reviews, and ensure high satisfaction while controlling fill rates, time-to-fill, and NPS scores.
