Oxide seeks a Production Quality Engineer to own on-site quality at our CM sites in Rochester and Winona, MN. You will lead the front-line defense, advocate for quality attributes, and drive corrective actions across assembly and test.
You will read schematics and drawings, work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to prevent non-conformances, and implement improvements that balance cost, quality, and schedule while ensuring customer expectations are met.
