Technical/Functional Skills:
- Associate should have PeopleSoft NA Payroll 9.x experience as the primary skill set along with working experience on the following modules:
- PeopleSoft Payroll modules – North America Payroll, Compensate Employees, Retro Pay, Payroll Consolidation, Payroll Tax Management, PS Payroll Interface
- Global Payroll, Time & Labor, including the writing of time and labor rules and Absence Management modules
- Tax Updates, CYE Processing, 1042s, FLSA
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills, organizational, planning and technical skills to achieve professional results
- Exhaustive understanding of HR & Payroll processes
Expertise in following Technical areas:
- People Tools: People Tools 8.5x, Application Designer, People Code
- Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, File Layout, Integration Broker
- Platform: UNIX
- Report Tools: XML Publisher, SQRs and PS Query, Crystal Report
- RDBMS: Oracle10g/9i/8i
- SQL Programming Tool: Toad
- Operating Systems: Windows Vista, XP, UNIX, Windows 2000, Windows NT
