Onsite Ops Generalist for Rapid AI Scaleup

Benchstack Ai in San Mateo is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive high-impact operations as the company scales. You will partner directly with the VP of Product and Post-Sales, acting as an extension of her team to move with speed and build process on the fly.

You will own recruiting coordination, post-sales process design, executive calendar management, KPI visibility, and high-stakes internal communications as the company expands its enterprise sales and GTM motions.
