Managing onsite operations and maintenance activities, the full-time Onsite O&M Services Specialist will prepare energy consumption reports, monitor monthly SLAs, and maintain various electrical equipment and systems at customer sites. Key responsibilities: Prepare energy consumption reports and shift schedules while monitoring monthly SLAs Perform maintenance on MV and LV switchgear, transformers, and control systems Execute troubleshooting and maintenance tasks for earthing systems and relay coordination Required qualifications: BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in O&M of switchyards and machinery Experience with MV switchgear from brands like ABB, Siemens, and Areva Knowledge of battery bank maintenance and VCB/ACB control systems Familiarity with digitalization in grid and electrical systems Basic knowledge of HVDC and FACTS is a plus
