Are you an experienced staffing, workforce management, or operations leader ready to make a bigger impact?
We’re looking for a bilingual Onsite Supervisor / Manager to lead onsite workforce operations, develop a high-performing team, and build strong client partnerships.
In this role, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop onsite representatives and recruiters
Oversee daily workforce operations, attendance, performance, and engagement
Build and manage strong client relationships
Drive staffing strategies, retention, and workforce planning
Solve workforce challenges and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with company, safety, and client requirements
What you bring:
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
2+ years of leadership experience in staffing, operations, or workforce management . Light Industrial Staffing is a plus
Strong people leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized, adaptable, and strategic mindset
