Are you an experienced staffing, workforce management, or operations leader ready to make a bigger impact?
We’re looking for a bilingual Onsite Supervisor / Manager to lead onsite workforce operations, develop a high-performing team, and build strong client partnerships.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop onsite representatives and recruiters
- Oversee daily workforce operations, attendance, performance, and engagement
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Drive staffing strategies, retention, and workforce planning
- Solve workforce challenges and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company, safety, and client requirements
What you bring:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in staffing, operations, or workforce management . Light Industrial Staffing is a plus
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, adaptable, and strategic mindset
