ON-SITE RECRUITER
Goodyear, IL
Schedule: 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays
Pay Range: $55,000/year + benefits (Plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/accidental/life insurance)
We are seeking an On-site Recruiter to drive growth in the Goodyear, AZ market. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
What You’ll Do:
- Full recruitment cycle and onboard employees for warehouse facility
- Partner with managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientations
- Support employees and act as the point of contact for HR and various duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Previous recruitment experience (with light industrial is preferred)
- Strong people skills – you enjoy building connections
- Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in on-site setting
