Onsite ISSO - Security-Cleared Expert (Secret)

RTX seeks a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to lead security posture at our Tewksbury, MA site. You will ensure compliance with NIST SPs, RMF and JSIG, interfacing with the ISSM to enforce policies and procedures across the program.

You will mentor staff, coordinate audits, and drive security documentation, training, and incident response readiness in a high-security environment requiring a DoD-style mindset.
