Onsite HR Implementation Consultant (Schaumburg)

Paylocity is seeking an HR Consultant I for our Schaumburg, IL office. This in-office role focuses on evaluating client needs and configuring Paylocity HR applications to meet them, including onboarding, performance management, and self-service portal setup.

You will lead client conversations, coordinate across Paylocity teams, and guide implementations with a consultative HR approach. Travel up to 5% may be required; a Bachelor’s in HR and strong communication are preferred.
