Specialized personnel, equipment, and materials may be needed for building inspections, emergency weatherproofing, drying operations, debris clearance, and later construction repairs.
You will plan how those resources reach the island and move between field locations, anticipate supply and access constraints, and adjust priorities as assessments reveal new needs.
