In this role, you will be the on-site technical expert, responsible for equipment setup, functional checks, and real-time troubleshooting to help ensure safe, efficient procedures. You will train and support clinicians on proper system use and care, coordinate with service and sales teams to resolve complex issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
