Acting as a liaison between the servicer client and MRLP, the full-time Onsite Client Liaison will manage communication regarding foreclosure files, perform quality control reviews, and assist with client-specific projects while working onsite in Irving, TX. Key responsibilities Update foreclosure processes on active files using Black Knight Foreclosure Solutions Conduct quality control reviews of documents prepared by law firms and respond to client inquiries Assist with internal audit projects and provide service updates to clients Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required Minimum 2 years of experience in a mortgage foreclosure servicer environment Advanced proficiency in BKFS/LPS desktop Ability to manage sensitive information and work under limited supervision Strong documentation skills and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
