- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in development, maintenance, testing, and support of Archer 6.x GRC applications, including designing complex On-Demand Applications (ODAs) and workflows.
- 6+ years’ experience in Information Security, IT, security controls, and GRC industry best practices.
- Contribute to implementing new Archer use cases, development, configuration changes, and migration of risk and business processes to Archer.
- Collaborate with risk and business stakeholders to gather, understand, document, and convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Work with end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, test scenarios, data validation, notifications, and triggers.
- Coordinate with project management on documentation including system and business process documentation, work effort, and project status.
- Deep understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance, with hands-on experience in Archer modules like Issue Management, Policy Management, Privacy Controls, and Risk Assessment.
- Monitor Archer performance, oversee daily operations, troubleshoot, and ensure system availability.
- Proficient in Visio, mail merge, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and engage in technical discussions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers.
- GRC Risk certifications (CRISC, CSIM, CISSP, GRCP) are a plus.
