This role requires a designer who can tackle complex enterprise UI/UX problems, navigating both modernization initiatives and legacy maintenance.Technical "Must-Haves"Figma Expert (Deal-Breaker): Must demonstrate advanced hands-on experience with Local Libraries, Variables, and Auto Layouts.Design Systems: Proven experience working within and contributing to robust, large-scale design systems.Enterprise Portfolio: We are looking for a clean, organized "method to the madness" portfolio. While PDFs are acceptable, a personal portfolio website is highly preferred.Research Integration: While you won't necessarily conduct the research, you must have experience working alongside research initiatives and synthesizing findings into design solutions.Core ResponsibilitiesComplex Problem Solving: Deconstruct intricate business requirements into high-impact, user-centered digital solutions.End-to-End Execution: Drive the workstream from initial discovery through high-fidelity delivery.Collaboration: Work across cross-organizational teams to ensure consistency in the Member experience.Communication & Facilitation: Present work effectively to stakeholders.
