Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads, with LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok a plus
Strong grasp of audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
Proficiency with Google Analytics and attribution tools
Confidence engaging with executive-level stakeholders and supporting client conversations
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple campaigns independently while supporting the larger team
E-commerce experience is a plus (especially in beauty space), and a marketing degree is preferred, though we value experience too
