Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Service Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service while supporting project coordination and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and other online communication platforms.
* Assist customers by answering questions and resolving concerns professionally and promptly.
* Provide updates regarding company services and project progress.
* Maintain accurate records of customer communications.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
* Assist with monitoring project timelines and communicating updates to clients.
* Help track supply chain activities, including material orders, deliveries, and project schedules.
* Report any supply chain concerns or delays to the appropriate team members.
* Support administrative tasks related to architectural projects, including scheduling, documentation, and customer follow-up.
* Assist with general project coordination and help ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
