Online Community Coordinator

Clover Property Management is seeking a capable, service-minded Community Manager to lead Academy Park, a 154-unit apartment community in New Albany. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the community, including occupancy, leasing, renewals, collections, resident experience, team leadership, and daily operations. We welcome experienced Community Managers and accomplished Assistant Community Managers who are ready to take the next step. Lead leasing, renewal, occupancy, and delinquency performance Deliver a responsive, professional resident experience Review property data and turn it into clear weekly actions Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies and fair-housing requirements At least two years of multifamily property-management experience Experience with leasing, renewals, collections, resident relations, or property reporting Yardi or similar multifamily software experience preferred Experience supervising employees or helping lead a 100+ unit community preferred Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, HSA To apply, send your résumé to with the subject line Academy Park Community Manager .
