From strategy to technology to operations, and across workforce, risk, assurance, and tax, Deloitte helps drive value along the Finance Transformation journey.Work you'll do As an OneStream Senior Consultant, on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:Leading OneStream Enterprise Performance Management solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for client engagementsGathering business and functional requirements and translating them into OneStream solution designsConfiguring planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and close processes within OneStream applicationsSupporting data validation, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness across implementation workstreamsCollaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional Deloitte teams to deliver project milestones, status updates, and implementation outcomesA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersQualifications Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 4+ years of consulting experience, including two full OneStream implementations 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering solution design, configuration, testing and deployment activities 2+ years leading project workstreams or teams Experience with OneStream architecture, configuration, and deployment across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, or analytics use cases Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
