Immediate opening for full-time Para Educator for Elementary school classroom
The Franklin Lakes School District is looking for a full-time 1:1 paraeducator/instructional aide to support student(s) with special needs in an elementary school setting for the school year. Duties include but are not limited to providing individualized programming for emotional, cognitive, behavioral, language, and interpersonal growth of the student(s). The paraeducator/instructional aide may use appropriate applied behavior teaching, communication, and reinforcement techniques. Experience is preferred but not required. Anticipated start date: mid-September 2026.
