Oncology Senior Training Manager

To develop and deliver Oncology training for commercial field representatives, the full-time Senior Training Manager, Oncology will manage training programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with promotional policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute training programs related to disease, product, and sales effectiveness Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy and compliance of training materials Lead training meetings and manage vendor relationships during content development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred Clinician experience preferred Knowledge of Medical Oncology and Gynecologic oncology areas preferred Familiarity with adult learning principles and training design concepts is a plus
