Job Responsibilities:- Conduct chart checks including initial and weekly reviews.
- Perform machine QA and HDR treatment planning.
- Supervise SBRT treatment operations.
- Provide patient care in both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings.
- Utilize the Aria documentation system/EMR for patient records.
- Board Certified ABR/ABMP (REQUIRED).
- Active Michigan license (REQUIRED).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (5 years or longer preferred).
- Clean background with no malpractice or license issues (REQUIRED).
- Local providers only; travel reimbursement applies to mileage.
- Must possess an active Michigan license.
- Board certification by ABR or ABMP is required.
