- Dates: 12/26-12/30 (will possible additional dates needed)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday clinic plus light 24-hour call coverage
- Patient Volume: Approximately 20 clinic patients daily
- EMR: Epic
- Primarily outpatient clinic coverage
- Minimal hospital consults and call responsibilities
- Board Certified or Board Eligible accepted
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Active Illinois license required
