This position supports patients across the continuum of care, with a focus on blood and marrow transplant (BMT) and hematologic malignancies.Position OverviewThe Oncology Pharmacy Specialist serves as an integral member of the BMT/Hematology team, providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
