Available Shifts: Day; Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25

This facility is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & Requirements

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Practice Setting: Health Center
• Type of cases: General
• Credentialing timeframe: 4–8 weeks
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
• Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certification and Oncology Certified
• Licensure required: Connecticut state medical license
