About The Role
- Provide acute and chronic care following clinical standards
- Conduct assessments, gather patient data, and develop or adjust care plans
- Educate patients and families and offer guidance in person or by phone
- Document all encounters accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with providers and the care team to support safe, high-quality care
- Participate in quality improvement and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Support a positive patient experience through strong communication and service
- Follow Studer principles, including AIDET and daily huddles
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
Oncology Nursing Experience Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current Kentucky or Multi-State NP License
- BLS Certification
- DEA license (as required)
- Eligible or board-certified by appropriate governing body
Skills
