- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical partners to ensure optimal care pathways.
What You’ll Do:
- Offer clinical support, symptom triage, and patient education throughout the cancer journey.
- Coordinate care navigation, including referrals, nutritional support, and social resource connections.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN licensure with at least 3 years of nursing experience including 2 years in oncology.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort with technology like Slack, Zoom, and EHR systems.
