The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Clinical Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) to provide individualized guidance to patients, families, and caregivers across the cancer continuum. The ONN coordinates follow-up visits, facilitates access to care, and overcomes barriers through research and evidence-based practices guided by regulatory standards.
This role works with NPCs, oncology staff, NPs, PAs, physicians, social workers, and leadership.
